Our Parish Prayer: Heart Speaks to Heart

 

"O God, we are one with You. You have taught us that if we are open to one another, You dwell in us. In accepting one another wholeheartedly, we love You with our whole being. Fill us then with love, and let us be bound together with love.  Help us to preserve this openness with all our hearts."

 

Lord, we thank You for the gift of our St. John Henry Newman Parish community and for our exceptional histories, traditions and people. Help us to be a thriving faith community that fervently acts on Your will, always lifting our hearts to You in thanks and praise, and using our hands to serve others. Through Your son Jesus Christ, His Immaculate mother Mary and through the intercession of St. Athanasius, St. Joan of Arc and St. John Henry Newman, we ask for Your heavenly blessing on our parish and our people. Amen
