All parish children in grades 4 and up are invited to be altar servers for weekend Masses and weekday school Masses for our St. Athanasius and The Academy at St. Joan of Arc students.

​

The requirements for an Altar Server are:

• Must have already received their First Holy Communion.

• Must be faithful, available, and responsible.

• Must be a current 4-8th grader.

• Must serve a minimum of once a month at one of the Weekend Masses.

• Must receive a yearly 2-hour training/re-training session.

Upon the Completion of a training session each student will be sent a "contract" to sign and submit and will be registered in the Parish Ministry Scheduler.  An email will be sent on how to login and download the smartphone app for the Scheduling platform.
